Make a payment using BPOINT

STOP! Before paying the invoice

Make sure the invoice has not already been paid by another party. Sometimes applicants choose to have invoices sent to other nominated parties, as well as themselves, so please make sure the invoice is paid only once.

While BPOINT will not accept double payment from the same person, it will allow separate parties to pay an invoice twice. Naturally double payments will be refunded, but it’s best to avoid this scenario in the first place.


About BPOINT

BPOINT is an online payment service provided by the Commonwealth Bank. It provides a quick, easy and secure option for paying bills.

BPOINT allows the use of a MasterCard or VISA credit or debit card to make an instant payment.

Instructions

  1. Enter the email address of the person paying the invoice. When payment is made, an automated email will be sent from BPOINT to this email address.
  2. Enter the payment reference number for the application. This is shown at the bottom of the tax invoice near the BPOINT information. It is not the lodgement ID or WAPC application number.
  3. Upon clicking 'Next' you will be taken to the BPOINT website where you can make payment. A tax invoice receipt will be sent to the nominated email address following payment.
